During his lifetime, Dagrin worked with the likes of Y.Q, 9ice, M.I, Iceberg Slim, Sossick, Dr Frabz, Sheyman, and Frenzy.

He died on April 22nd, 2010.

Dagrin was an influence to the upcoming music artistes in Nigeria and was a trailblazer in the genre of Yoruba rap.

Some might argue that the death of Dagrin allowed the likes of Olamide who preaches the gospel of Yoruba rap, to blossom and gain ground.

Before his death, he had metamorphosed into somewhat of an idol to most Yoruba youths especially those who identified with his pain and struggle.

It has been seven years since he died but his music and memory remains evergreen.
