Popular Nigerian Singer, Harrysong disclosed during an exclusive interview with HIP TV that his career breakthrough has been “amazing” since he left his former record label, Five Star Music owned by brothers, Kingsley Okonkwo (KCee) & Emeka Okonkwo (E-Money).
Harrysong who left the record label under contentious circumstances last year and went ahead to launched his own record label, Altar Plate, said he’s been making money, playing shows & doing very ever since he decided to leave Five Star.
“It’s been amazing since I left Five Star. We’ve been doing great work. We’ve been making money, playing shows.”
Considering on the shortage of quality in Nigerian songs, Harrysong said there’s been growth.
He rated the present produce as average in relation to the below par level of the past.
He said: “It’s[quality lyrics]coming up. It’s even doing good. It’s better than the other times when we just had shayo and bum bum. “Have you heard? Davido is doing some parables & some things that are happening in Nigeria.
From the 20-30 percent we were at the past, we are now at 50-60 percent” The singer decleared that he will hold his first solo concert tagged ‘Kingmaker’ in Warri, Delta state, adding that the profit from the concert will be used to empower people in need.
Harrysong also decleared that he will discharged his ‘Kingmaker’ album before the end of 2018 & he is also going to tour African countries like Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia.
