– Coronavirus: Singer, Tiwa Savage talks on border closure
Nigerian Vocalist, Tiwa Savage has shouted out over Nigerian government’s proceeded with a choice to leave Nigeria’s borders open in the midst of coronavirus pandemic.
The former Mavin Records act disclosed her mind via Instagram after Nigeria affirmed the third case of coronavirus in Lagos.
The Lagos State Ministry of Health, which affirmed the case, said the patient is detached with the record case.
The contaminated, a 30-year-old Nigerian female who came back from the UK on Friday, watched self-disconnection, created side effects and tested positive.
Sharing on Instastories, The singer expressed: “Why are we not closing our borders before it gets too worse”.
“I understand we can’t stop citizens from returning but we can test and possibly isolate for 14 days instead of running the risk of letting it spread in the community”.
