Born and Christened Michael Collins Ajereh in his hometown, Umahia, Abia State, Nigeria but was breed in Ajegunle, Lagos.

He went to Federal Government College Lagos and furthered his education at the tertiary level in Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria.
Music Career
His incipience into music was as a kiddo drummer at age 12.
While playing the drums he ostensibly eyed the bass guitar a lot and soon began flirting with the strings too.

The new ensemble had his brother”D’prince”, bodacious diva “Tiwa Savage” and “Dr Sid” as members of the music dynasty.
Wande Coal went solo and as the group burgeoned, promising acts like “,Koredo Bello”, “Reekado Banks ” and second lady “Dija” were recruited.
With the release of “Ada obi”, “Dorrobucci” and “Arise” the music empire became unrivalled in Africa.
